Head Teacher

Head teachers have a very important role in the DQI process. The building has a large impact on their life and job, and this is coupled with the fact that they have the power to influence the building project. The head teacher’s communication and input into the workshops has great importance.

Head teacher’s responsibilities in the DQI process:

  • Participate in all the workshops 
  • Ensure the opinions of the school community are represented 
  • Provide feedback from the workshops to the school community 
  • Promote the needs of the users to the building designers
