Sub contractors are hired by the project’s contractors to complete building tasks under their direction.
Sub contractors responsibilities in the DQI process:
- If they have been appointed they should attend the workshops
- Understand the priorities of the Assessment group
- Highlight design issues from a practical point of view and their impact upon the construction and running of the building
