Client Advisors exist in different forms such as technical advisors and client design advisors. These roles are sometimes defined as being on the supply side however they can also work on behalf of the demand side.
Client advisors’ responsibilities in the DQI process:
- Be aware of the DQI process and attend the workshops
- Interrogate the designs to help promote excellence
- Bring their expert knowledge to bear on the workshop discussions
- Understand the priorities of the Assessment group and help to integrate them into the designs of the building
