While the building might not affect them as much as it would the building community their concerns and viewpoints make an important contribution to the process. It is precisely the ability to accommodate all opinons that enables DQI to help deliver excellent buildings.
Other building users responsibilities in the DQI process:
- Participate in the workshops
- Represent other building users
- Highlight issues that directly affect visitors to the building e.g. parking and access
- Help the supply side to understand how visitors view and use different spaces
- Ensure that the building is conceptualised as being mulitpurpose
