Each DQI Leader Key allows you one use of the DQI Assessment Tool. If this is the first time you have used the DQI on a project you will need a DQI Leader Key to register the project and access the DQI Briefing Tool.

Through a typical project expect to need five DQI Leader Keys: one for the Briefing Tool, two for Mid Design assessments, one for a Ready for Occupation assessment and one for an In-Use assessment.

There are four DQI products. All prices are in GBP:

• Single DQI key, £115 +VAT (£135.13)
• One DQI project carnet (5 DQI keys), £550 +VAT (£646.25)
• Two DQI projects carnet (10 DQI keys), £1,075 +VAT (£1,263.13)
• Four DQI projects carnet (20 DQI keys), £2,075 +VAT (£2,438.13)

When purchasing a key offline we accept payment by credit card, cheque, or public sector purchase order. We can only release keys once payment, or guarantee of payment, is received.
