Each project using DQI requires a DQI Leader to champion the process and to work with the DQI Facilitator to achieve the best results. The DQI Leader should be a member of the project team and the most successful applications of DQI and DQI for Schools have a highly competent and proactive individual acting as DQI Leader and supporting the DQI Facilitator.
 Who should attend?
This workshop is for clients, advisors and design champions covering what DQI is and how to maximise its usefulness for your organisation and projects.

Areas covered
The workshops are run with around 12 people and covers:
- what is DQI
- how and when to start using DQI
- using DQI to motivate project stakeholders
- how to use what you have learnt to develop the design
- choosing the right DQI Facilitator
Time scale
The workshop is a full day event and the one is schedule for 15 January 2009 in London
Fees
The fees for the training events in 2008/09 are £350 (plus VAT) if booked up to a month before the event and £400 (plus VAT) if booked within a month of the event.

Applying
Places on these workshops are strictly limited, to secure a place please return the booking form (see note) with a non-refundable deposit of £50 (plus VAT) if booking up to a month before, or full payment if booking within a month. The deposit will be deducted from the final payment and the fee must be paid in full before the training event.
We accept payment by cheque (made payable to the Construction Industry Council) or credit card. We also accept purchase orders but only from public sector organisations, such as local authorities.
